REGISTRATION FEES

The registration deadline is 31 October 2024. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, a gala dinner, and lunches.

Registration Fee

• Professionals: €500
• Academics: €400
• Ph.D. Students: €300

The accompanying person fee: €200 (this fee is intended for the person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program) 

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register for the conference, please click REGISTRATION and pay the appropriate registration fee using a credit card or bank transfer.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES

By Credit Card: You will automatically receive a ticket allowing you to attend the conference and its activities and confirm your registration.

By Bank Transfer: You can choose the "Reservation" option during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate "ISCFS2024-YOURNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to the email address iscfs2024@sciencesconf.org. Bank charges must be paid at your expense.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw before the registration deadline (31 October 2024). No refunds are available on or after that date.
